Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Only if you live in FL, and it's 7%. To figure out how much you owe in taxes, simply add the total cost of your videos and DVD's, then add the shipping and handling fee. Then, multiply your total times .07. That will be your taxable amount. Then, add the totals together - Videos & DVD's, Shipping and Handling, and Taxes. There's your total. If you're having problems, give us a call - we'll help you get it!
Q: What will my credit card billing statement say?
A: Your billing statement will read "Triple J 800-566-3998".
Q: Can I pay with a personal check, cash, or money order?
A: We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and money orders. We do not recommend that you send cash through the mail. You can purchase a money order at almost any convenience store or post office. If you're paying by check, cash, or money order, send to:

Q: How long are the DVD's?
A: Most movies are 90 minutes, although each one varies and are different lengths. The exact time is listed in each video description.
Q: Can you ship to my PO Box?
A: We can ship anywhere the U.S Postal Service delivers in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO's. Please allow one week for delivery

A: No
Q: Will you ship overnight?
A: Typically, no we won't, but we will make exceptions. Give us a call if you absolutely have to have your DreamGirls products tomorrow! We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Q: Do you have a money back guarantee?
A: If you are a first time customer you may return up to five items within 30 days of purchase to our offices via US Certified Mail. We'll immediately refund your purchase, less shipping and handling.

A: Your videos will arrive in a plain white box marked "DG Mail". Your privacy is our number 1 concern.
Q: Are the girls in your videos professionals?
A: No, we feature amateur girls. Every once in a while, a stripper sneaks into a contest, but we do our best to feature girls that you've never seen before, and hey, it's not us that is responsible for who chooses to enter a contest!
Q: Will a catalog be included?
A: If one is available, then yes, a video catalog will be shipped also. We'll probably include a few of our newsletters as well.

Q. I ordered on-line, but the confirmation said that the Authorization Failed. Does that mean I won't get my order?
A: Yes, that means you won't get your order. Usually the best thing to do is to check with your credit card company or bank. Then, either try it again with the same card, try it with a different card, or give us a call at 1-800-566-3998 and we will be delighted to assist you.
